Fees of trust invesment service

Auction fee

• Be included in the amount of money paid in Step 1-Before Auction
• Not be repaid in case of not winning the auction
• Fee amount depends on BFI's policy at each time
• From 01/04/2008: auction fee = 0.1% x registed stock amount x price par value

Trust fee

• Be paid at Step 2-Before Auction or Step 1 - After Auction
• Unchanged fee
• Fee amount depends on BFI's policy at each time
• Now: 1% - 2% of the value of the contract (refer to BFI's average winning price)

Contract assign fee

• The trust contract can be assigned to other parties during trust time
• Fee amount depends on BFI's policy at each time
• Now: 500.000 VND/per assignment

Stock Property assign fee

• Depend on each stock issuing company's polic
• Be paid to BFI at the end of trust time in order to completing stock assignment procedure
