Introduction M&A service

As a subsidiary company of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) which has a large customer network, BFI has advatages to connect the seller and the buyer to creates good condition for the representatives of enterprises in doing the M&A event promptly and effectively. During the event, BFI will supply some consultative services: valuing the enterprise, building the M&A plan, negotiating with the seller/buyer to get successful M&A event, then BFI can give supported services to the customers following the M&A event.
